Clearance Investigation

Service Description

Our Mold and Indoor Air Quality Clearance Investigations include the following: • Visual inspection of the building to identify and document the source of water intrusion has been addressed and potentially corrected. • Visual inspection of the work area to identify and document any visual areas of mold growth. • Collect a minimum of one (1) air spore strap sample inside the remediation work area encompassing greater than 25 contiguous feet. • Collect a minimum of one (1) outdoor air sample on the outside of the building for comparison. • Completion of the Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation if water sources have been corrected and remediation work areas have passed the visual inspection and clearance protocol. *Cost of samples not included. *Number of samples collected varies per scope of work.
