Service Description

Our Commercial Mold Inspection includes the following: • Complete Inspection of commercial structure • Collection of Air Quality Measurements (Temperature and Relative Humidity) • Mapping of all moisture impacted areas • Collection of Air/Swab Samples for Analysis (48 Hr. Turnaround) • Collection and documentation of all suspected mold impacted areas • Photo Documentation • Report with all recommendations • Mold Remediation Protocol (Work Analysis) for Contractor (As Needed) *Additional samples may be needed at extra cost *Prices vary per scope of work *Call for details
