Service Description

Our Residential Mold Inspection includes the following: • 45 – Point Inspection for residential structure • Collection of Air Quality Measurements (Temperature and Relative Humidity) • Mapping of all moisture impacted areas • Collection of Air/Swab Samples for Analysis (48 Hr. Turnaround) • Photo Documentation • Final formal report with all recommendations (Standard return for report is 3 - 5 Days) • Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR) as needed
